Extra Easy mandatory super free

So confused! Just readhttp://slimmingworld.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1346308-why-include-one-third-of-a-plate-of-superfree-foods-is-it-mandatory-?b_id=1101 which appears to say strongly recommended rather than mandatory?! I was planning on green as the sheer majority of veg I like isn't SF so I'd struggle with 1/3 rule.

Help please!

SF is strongly recommended because it's high density for relatively very low calories but it's not mandatory. Some Mims find their losses are greater when they include as much SF as possible but others seem to struggle finding SF to go with some meals.

I expect I'll be told off for saying this, but in my opinion, SW can advise you on what to do, but ultimately, it is your decision what you eat. I think you have to use a bit of common sense, eat more fruit and veg and watch your portion sizes, fit in SF food where you can, etc, but some meals simply don't need extra veg, just use your initiative.

Don't let it bog you down, the beauty of SW is that it encourages healthy eating and the freedom to make choices, if it starts to feel strict, that gets lost.

It's just 'advice', it's up to you how you interpret it. x

I think thats a very sensible approach Hippopotamum. I see too many people getting completely stressed out over how much superfree to have, when and with what and tbh it saddens me. It is supposed to be extra easy after all and even SW don't have superfree with every meal :)

Thank you :D
