    The 28g Rule

    Hello All.

    I have just started the SW EE and I am a bit confused?? (Not for the first time in my life)

    When I look at the free foods, is says something like.

    Lean beef 28g Free.

    so does this mean I am only allowed to eat 28g of lean beef per day?

    No if its free for that amount then its free for any amount. But in your example beef would be synned on a green day so they give the particular weight should someone want to have it on that plan and need to weigh it out xx

    I'm guessing if you've just joined and are doing extra easy then you don't need to worry about red and green days right now or it might confuse you

    Agreed about not getting confused over days. I have done extra easy for about 6 months now and I am now starting to use red or green days but I haven't needed them. I just like to do them now to spice it up a bit!
