I have been using this forum and watching for a little while now so decided it is finally time I wrote something and introduced myself. I have ben doing SW for almost four weeks now )my 4th WI is in the morning) and I am loving it. I don't just love the weightloss but also the amount of food its possible to eat and the variety. I also hope that this is a plan for life for me as faddy diets get me no where and believe me I have tried them all including VLC diets and complete abstinence.
Just want to thank all of you as each and every one of you is an inspiration and you help us newbies see how achievable this really is.
