Newbie alert!

Hello there :) I am new to slimming world, I only joined a week ago! But I am determined to get healthy and to get to the weight I want to be, and I am just hoping for some advice or tips anyone can offer me :) :D I am 20 years old and I would like to create a healthier long term plan for myself.

My advise would be to read your book, and also always check syns.
I would also suggest to keep a food diary here as well and I'm sure lots of people will pop in and say hi, and help you where you need help.
I find the support from people on this forum amazing, and I couldn't have done as well without people here :)
