How do YOU Motivate yourself?

Because I could do with some help!

I just can't get back in the game. I'd say i'm doing SW about 90% but the 10% is going way over syns and just not counting or caring.

My quick background is that I got to target well over a year ago, happily stayed in target but normally bang on or towards the higher end. I go on holiday and the week before I go I go out of target by a pound when really I wanted to be at the bottom, thus 7lb lighter.

I come back from holiday with a 4lb gain which isn't the end of the world, and I lost it the next week. Do you think I can loose this other pound though? My heart isn't in it 100% and i'm trying.

This time in 2 weeks I will be in London trying on bridesmaid dresses and I just know that I would be sooo happy being in target and feeling great - My question is, why? Why can't I get my mind back in the game??:rolleyes:
 
What about sitting in on the new members talk?

For me my motivation is photos I take of myself, comparing old ones with the now me. Seeing that SW works and that I am getting smaller really helps. :)
 
I'm at target and when I'm at the top end of my target I look in the mirror & think I look ok, I like what I see and for me that is when I sometimes find hard to stick to SW when I'm happy with my body.

Generally though I do stick with it. A habit I now seem to have got out of is letting things slip after my last WI before hols, that could be when I'd put the most weight on!!!

Try to have a few success express meals rather than days & just take each day as it comes, of course you can get the extra lb off. ;)
