Eton mess... one of my absolute favourite desserts!

Meringue nest (3 syns), a few spoonfulls of fat free greek yoghurt (I add a little sweetner to taste), and then raspberries or strawberries (or both!)

Really lovely, and feels like you're having something you shouldn't
I've also used the Activia vanilla yoghurts instead of greek, they work really well too

Thanx I have tried making a trifle thought I would cut the Syns by making a spine base 4eggs, sweetener an 80g of plain flour very eggy taste to it but so far it's in my fridge setting with floating cake mountains will give this a try though
