yesterday and it was very nice! Had quite a few mushrooms in though (don't like them!) so I had to pick them out!

Hmm question for ya

I went to morrisons earlier to buy the free eat smart egg mayonaise sandwhich filler......came home...tucked into it only to realise whilst half the pot has been demolished, that the one i bought only has 25% less fat but it still is a eat smart product.

So i went on SW online and checked out the syn value and ITS NOT THERE.

Can anyone help
