Thread: Red Day - Lunch Ideas,

Hi all,

I'm at work all day tomorrow and i'm going to be making my lunch before I go to work.
I'm thinking about having a red day - does anyone have any idea for lunch ideas?

I have a microwave at work if that helps with any ideas. lol x

Dont know if that will be any help. I tend to have a sandwhich on a red day or jacket potato with cheese and beans and count it as two HEBs and a HEA x

I may be too late but i have 1 day a week where I work full time and need a packed lunch. I had a BLT sandwich at work on Saturday and it was lovely, only had to count the bread as 1 HX B and syn the small amount of mayo I had. I took it with an apple, muller light and can of pepsi max (all free!) and 3 baby bel lights (1 HX A) and 1 ryvita (part of my HX B) and 1 laughing cow extra light triangle (1 SYN)

So pretty filling and a nice red day lunch
