    Exclamation BUDGET EATING PLAN

This week i'm going to follow the sample 7-day student plan.

    Reasons for doing soo:

    • I never know what to eat on red days, but I DO want to have a couple.
    • Last week I wasted a lot of food.
    • Last week I ate waay too many syns and gained a pound.
    • This weekend i'm not going home so I am going to make the most of it and be super extra healthy and good. :-)
    • It's designed for one person, which is good cos I only have myself to feed!! Except of course when my bf visits.

p.s. I'm going to make that double pasta lasagne on Thursday to feed my boyfriend and I. Twill be delicious and filling - and he wont have a clue that it's a Slimming World meal.. Teeheehee

My shopping list is really short this week, which is good because my student loan STILL hasn't come through.

There was a massive delay/technical error, which means i've had to wait 2 months longer than the average student. I'm really lucky that my Dad lent me the money for my first rent installment!!

Where'd we be without Dads, eh?

    first month: -3.5 lbs
