    Struggling

    I always seem to struggle when I can't have something like loads of cheese and crackers etc. how does everyone overcome the urge?

    Hiya x well, I've been enjoying crackerbread (HE) with laughing cow extra light(HE) along with pickles, low syn piccalilli, grapes, cucumber etc in the evening s while my OH enjoys the full fat versions, and I have to say I don't feel I'm missing out. The tangy pickles make it really tasty and it does feel like a treat. X

    You're kidding?! Been doing SW at home for 2 years so haven't been really checking. Well, lost 10lbs over past 3 months so might stick to calling them HE, thank you for letting me know xx
