    Anyone feel guilty after a good loss?

    Hi guys,

    I've lost 5lbs on slimming world in 3 days and I feel kinda guilty or bad about it, not sure which :/ but why? I need and want to lose weight so it is in no way a bad thing! It's weird :/

    Maybe it felt too easy but it you should feel proud as the hard work starts now!
