Hi all. It's been a while since I have posted or regularly used the support here. I first signed up here following a divorce over 7 years ago, lost the weight, changed my lifestyle and managed to keep it off until 2012 when things slowly started creeping back up and my lifestyle changed. What can I say..I met a man who came in to my life and who I am now married to. Unfortunately dating and being with someone and living with them has meant all the hard work has been reversed. Eating together at home and eating out has led to weight gain. Getting too comfortable and being less active. I am sure you have heard it all before and for some of you, may sound very familiar. I have also recently miscarried and although was just under 3 months pregnant have managed to put on half a stone during the miscarriage which came with complications in itself. So as none of my clothes fit and I have gone from a small size 14 (probably would have fit in to a size 12 but preferred the comfort of a size 14) to a large size 18, enough is enough. Or should I say that's how I feel now until I fall to the comfort of food. I have not decided which diet I am going to follow but I am considering signing up to weight watcher meetings. I have some exante shakes leftover from a previous attempt so will probably start using them and then may just stick to calorie counting or weight watchers. If anyone else is wanting to buddy up with regular posts then they would be welcomed. Will continue posting and will aim to post daily. Let's see how week one progresses.
