The final darn push and it's more harder now than before

Hi all, I'm new to this site so hoping im posting in the correct place! Ive recently finished dropping 10 stone, gone from a dress size 22 to a 12/14. One of the proudest moments in my life however it's become tough all of a sudden. A knee injury left me house bound, under docs orders I wasn't allowed to run, swim, gym or even walk. That was three months ago now and ive started putting weight on again so I decided to get back to it and go for a walk on a track I used to tackle with no issue. Half way around I was done in, my back hurt my knee was a killer and just wanted to turn around and go home however I didn't and completed the circuit. But....I haven't been back out since that day a week ago! Ive gone from being someone who exercised to daily to doing nothing, I don't want to ever return to where I was and yet I can't seem to get the get up and go to make sure I don't return to my old self so I decided to check out some diet forums in the hope that talking about it daily and not wanting to daily in front of people will spur me along. And hints and tips would be great or if I'm even in the right the place to find some online help. I look forward to hearing from some like minded people and helping each other along xxx

Hiya,

Well firstly well done for losing all that weight in the first place, and also well done for coming on her and looking for help as soon as you realised you were struggling. There are loads of suppoertive people on here so I am sure you will get some help.

How did you lose the weight in the first place? Are you still following the plan?

Have you thought about swimimg?
