Restarting as of ..... NOW!!

So I am currently hovering at my highest weight of over 14st! and I have to say I am rather fed up now! I'm just going round and round in circles losing weight and pretty much gaining it back at the weekends.:( SO rather than hibernate in the house getting bigger and bigger I'm going to do something about it!

I'm going to start doing Slimming World from home and using my Misfit to make sure I am moving my butt even if it is just a little bit.

The plan is to eat syn free during the week when it is a little easier and then having syns at the weekend but not over indulging. I'm going to make a week long meal plan that is simple and easy for me to follow to help me keep syn free. Also means when I do the shopping I will have a list to follow!

My birthday is 50 days away so the plan for me is to lose 21lbs in that time :) #PMA

Small changes go a long way, don't try to change everything in one swoop or it will drain your energy and will.
Just make incremental changes over the course of a year u will see amazing progress. Take this journey one day at a time, you can do it.
