    10lbs loss in my 1st week

    hi all just wanted to share my weight loss, in my 1st week ive lost 10lbs so happy im doing a vlcd.....never been on minimins before but heard a lot of good comments so thought ild see what it was like xx thankyou

    i do a nofrills vlcd just weighed myself and lost another 4lbs hehe lot more to lose though x

    im happy to lose about 3-6lbs a week but more the better and i dont go to gym or anything x
