    Weight to Lose: 71.7kg

    Results after 1 month

    I started my diet a month a go and here are my results so far. I still got a long way to go but I think I did pretty good.

    Starting Weight: 128kg

    Current Weight: 108kg

    Target: 80kg

    So proud !
