Delicious Syn-free snack! (Non-vegetarian)

Emma!

Slimming to size sexy ;)
Just made myself a delicious snack! It's syn-free on EE, not sure about the rest as I don't do them!

Anyway, I simply took one slice of ham (free food) and spread on 2 The Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles (I'm allowed 6(!) of these as my A choice healthy extra, as I don't drink much milk, so I'm better off counting that as syns, you know? but if you did decide to count the syns in the triangles, they are 1 syn per triangle). Anyway, so I spread the cheese onto the ham, then I chopped up a few small peppers into little squares, sprinkled it on the ham and wrapped it up! DELICIOUS!

I used "proper" ham, from the Tesco Delicatessen, but of course you could use wafer thin, it's just that the pieces are smaller so you may wish to use two rolls with just one triangle on each. Your choice entirely, of course! You could also put any vegetable or spread inside the ham, you could use turkey or beef slices if you so desire. This is just my take on it :)

I do this with cottage cheese and quorn ham....it's a nice little snack

I do all of these! They are great on top of a salad - I have a home made box of salad for lunch every day at work. It's also nice with pickled peppers from a jar. If you fancy being really decadent but still syn free do the same with smoked salmon filled with quark, cottage cheese or philly light. These really are my favourite syn free snacks :)

mmmm these all sound delicious :D love discovering new yummy snacks!

Try ham with pease pudding too :D
