I believe that the Rowan Glen Fat Free yoghurts are also syn free.

firstly thanks for a great yogurt list - just one point - and please dont take this as criticism, - but the weight watchers desert yogurts are half a syn each.
i had a gain one weej when i was last a member and i remeber it was because i thought those and the muller layers were free and i'd been having 2-3 a day!

Sorry to disagree but all the WW dessert yoghurts are syn free except the red fruit cheesecake variety which is 1/2 syn.

I knew that there were a few WW Dessert Yoghurts that are ½ a syn each...(Lemon Cheesecake flavour is another one).

That's why I left them off the list, and just put in the syn free flavours....so all the WW yoghurts listed are syn free.

I believe the rule of thumb with WW yoghurts is the ones that are 0.5points are free, the others arent

Sorry Kristen, I couldn't find any Syn Free Alpro Yoghurts - they are all mainly 2½ syns per serving.

Does anyone know if the new activia pot yohurts are free they are the same as the 4 pk ones but in a bigger pot and you buy the in singles. They say fat free and they are 4 for £1 in asda at the mo!!

Just seen the ad on telly too!! Im pretty sure the are free but if someone can confirm!! I did check the website but they arent on there yet!

They are new ones out just now made by a company NOM. You can get them in Morrisons, Farmfoods and Asda. Farmfoods are 4 for a £1 and everywhere else is 50pish each yog, they taste good. Fat free as well. I don't know the syn value but aren't all fat free yogs syn free? Or is that wishful thinking?
