Thread: Weight Watchers syns

Hi can anyone tell me the syn value of weight watchers sour cream please??

Hi everyone!
Thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for syns in Weight Watchers food. I thought it might be helpful for people moving over to SW from WW and also for people like me who would like to try some of their meals and desserts.

I have a couple to start us all off:

Weight Watchers Petit Pain, 4 pack 50g each

5 Syns on Extra Easy Original 5 Syns Green 5 Syns

Weight Watchers Chocolate & Honeycombe Swirl Pot, twin pack, frozen 100ml pot

4½ Syns on Extra Easy Original 4½ Syns Green 4½ Syns

Weight Watchers Rich Chocolate Desserts, twin pack, chilled 70g pot

3 Syns on Extra Easy Original 3 Syns Green 3 Syns

WW Pork Sausages and their Pork and Apple (dont know the exact name) are both 1/2 syn each and really tasty

I'd love to know the syns of WW soups, I eat a lot of the Chicken Noodle which I know is 2½, but there are so many other lovely WW soups too.

Oh, am the WW crisps are only 4syns a bag. Can usually find these in Poundland

i've had that a couple of times for my lunch the last couple of weeks, and its lovely, tastes really cheesey .xx

i've just had a packet of ww cheese curls, they were yummy, there even better on 2 slices off ww wholemeal bread as a HEB and a touch of extra light mayo to syn!!!!! xx

I was gonna ask about the macaroni cheese! That's even lower than Morrison's Eat Smart one

Could anyone tell me the syns for WW Ocean Pie (frozen)?

3½ Syns on Extra Easy Original 6 Syns Green 3½ Syns

if i do have to have a ready meal say i am in work and forgot to bring lunch that day then i do tend to resort to ww ones!

i like the frozen chicken curry with rice, or the shepards pie!

the desserts are also yummy but some are quite high in syns

oh and the macaroni cheese is good i had a few when it was on offer for a pound in asda not sure if the offers still running tho
