    Goal Date: Outside of target range and not happy!!!!

    I reiterate my previous points:

    You need to be more specific - you can't just assume that all varieties of a packet mix will be the same

    It would be nice if you could try seeing first if the question had already been answered - the search facility on this site is really good

    It might help if you remembered which questions you've already asked - I certainly remembered answering it!!!

    RESTART WEIGHT = 12st 11 lbs

    PROGRESS
    Wks 1-4: -12.5lbs - really pleased!
    Wks 5-8: -3.75lbs - Mmm not so pleased!
    Wks 9-12:
    -8.5lbs - Sexpress been gr8 but sts the final wk
    Wks 13-16: -6.75lbs - still on Sexpress and did a wk on Kay's Soup challenge
    Wks 17-20: -3lbs - slow (but steady at least!)
    Wks 21-24: +5lbs - weeks 23 & 24 were mental binges had hypnotherapy in week 23 & now back on track - big relief
    Wks 25-28: -5lbs - joined WW and did Kay's salad challenge for 2 weeks - mojo returned!
    Wks 29-32: + 15lbs - been on hols for 4 blissful weeks

    Wks 33-36: struggled - been off & on plan all month!
    Wks 37-40: as above
    Wks 41- 44: been upndown but -4.5lbs - back on plan now - thx to my Minis friends xxx
    Wk 45-48 -1.25lbs off and on plan again
    Wk 49: -2lbs at last - not a huge loss but it's been ages since I lost that much in a week!!
