    I reiterate my previous points:

    You need to be more specific - you can't just assume that all varieties of a packet mix will be the same

    It would be nice if you could try seeing first if the question had already been answered - the search facility on this site is really good

    It might help if you remembered which questions you've already asked - I certainly remembered answering it!!!

    Current Weight: 10st12.2lb
    Goal Weight: 9st13lb
    Goal Date: In a reasonable timeframe but needs to be before my weak willpower runs out!

    RESTART WEIGHT = 12st 11 lbs

    PROGRESS
    Wk 1-4: -12.5lbs - really pleased!
    Wk 5-8: -3.75lbs - Mmm not so pleased!
    Wk 9-12
    : -8.5lbs - Sexpress been gr8 but sts the final wk
    Wk 13: -2lbs - hoped for more - been on Salad Challenge & sts last wk
    Wk 14: sts - flipping disappointed but determined to carry on

    TOTAL LOSS = 26.75 lbs

    GOALS

    • lose 1.5 stone - complete 12 weeks on plan - into 11s - start exercising - Club 10 award - get into 10s DONE!!
    • build up exercise sessions to 30 mins x 5 a week (w/c 9 April = 3rd wk of 5 x 30 mins (minimum) exercise sessions)
    • get into my 'nice' clothes currently stored away!
    • to complete 16 weeks on plan
    • to lose 2 stone
    • to complete 20 weeks on plan
    • to get to target
    • to maintain goal weight for 3 months
    • to walk 100 miles in small chunks! walked 77 miles so far
