Batchelors super noodles chicken flavour (the normal not the 98% fat free chicken and herb one which are :9529:)

green values:
My latest syn 2011 directory says they are 3.5

Online it says they are 10

When I put it in the calculator with dried noodles as a free food it came out about 6 billion and 5 (slight over estimation, I cant remember the value but it was huge!!)

I live off these things for a quick savoury snack and now I can't believe how high they are - they are just mostly dried noodles with a little sachet of flavour! Any ideas which syn value is correct as 10 seems alot

thanks x:cry:

u shud try more red days, i find them easier and more filling, but if you like green days try mug shots, they have a chicken noodle variety and as far as i know they are quite low in fat =] good luck

Yeah its the 10 syn one.

blimey i eat loads and ive just started slimming world is it the noodles or the sachet thats high in oil because the 98 fat free have the same noodles but different sachet of powder im really confused now.......
....

It's both I think but mostly the noodles - the noodles are different to those in the low fat version because they have oil in them, it's listed in the ingredients.

the full fat noodles are partially cooked & processed in oil, and theres definitely more to the sachet of the "full fat" version.

I like the chilli chicken ones... and I would add in a few bits and pieces into it, some chicken or ham, with some mushrooms or whatever i had. I find the low fat flavour sachets a bit overpowering so I only use some of the flavouring and it helps x
