Hey,

I was just wondering if anyone knows a good way of making syn free gravy? I love gravy but hate wasting my syns on it

1 syn for 70 ml always seemed pretty good to me, you could always just use stock with water but I wouldn't fancy it, I reckon it's totally worth the syns

Hiya guys!
I've been doing slimming world for a month now and this was an area I was struggling with. I do love a bit of gravy on my cheeky sausage and mash and that recipe looks gorgoeus. What I was wondering has anyone tried making up a big batch and freezing it??

I tried freezing the gravy, it worked marvellously!! Also, it tastes gorgeous!! A really great recipe, thanks guys!!
