Oats so simple, new make with water tubs...

So sorry I have read the other threads and still a litre confused sorry,,

If using as hex a and hex b how many syn are the new make with water oats so simple, plain variety?

I have read that they are 10.5 syns, is that even if using hex b and a ?.

You can't use any of it as an A choice as A is for milk and cheese only. You might be able to take 6 syns off from the Original flavour and use that part as a HEXB, so it'd cost you 1 HEXB & 3.5 syns (provided the content is all the same as it is in the sachet version, which I dont know). The other flavours are not HEXes.

Quaker Oats, Oats So Simple, Original, made up as directed, 50g pot 9½
Quaker Oats, Oats So Simple, Apple & Blueberry, made up as directed, 57g pot 10½
Quaker Oats, Oats So Simple, Golden Syrup, made up as directed, 57g pot 10½
Quaker Oats, Oats So Simple, Sweet Cinnamon, made up as directed, 57g pot 10½

They are so brilliant for me when working earlies, start at 7, and easy to prepare at work. Although I have worked today's syns around them being 9.5 in case..
