Yog frozen yogurt

Hi all, am new on here and still getting to grips with it. Have just discovered Yog 'Fat free' frozen yogurt. Is it as free as it sounds? does anyone know how many syns it has?

Can you post the NVs and someone can calculate it for you. I cat see it on syns online but I dont know who it's made by.

Yog is made by Yoplait if it helps. my internet is being a total bugger at loading pages today otherise I'd do it for you xxx

Hmm no frozen or fat free stuff listed by Yoplait. Cant find the NVs on their site either :sigh:

Hello, thankyou for reading! the nutrituional information is as follows:
per 100ml -
calories: 94,
total fat: trace,
cholesterol: trace,
carbohydrates: 24,
fibre: 4.1,
sugar: 16,
proteins: 2.6.
Is this enough information? how do you work it out? I had about 3 tbsp last night and am worried!! xx

OK assuming yoghurt as a free food I get:

3 Syns (per 100ml)

Thankyou! so I guess I could call it 2 syns for 3 tbsps as a tbsp is about 20ml xx
