Could someone tell me how to work out the syn value using the calories?

That's only for things with no free foods in the main ingredients though

Thanks patch. I didnt realise. Not used it yet so will no for when i do. Ive only been duin it two days. Living on pasta tuna sweetcorn n jacket potatoes lol x
