:help2: I have a sachet drink of options every night. I count this as being 2.05 Syns out of my daily allowance.
Please can someone confirm my calculation. :thankyou:

It would be 2 syns (SW doesn't work to 0.05 of a syn) assuming it is one of their basic range. They have some that are higher in syns but using 1 syn for every 20 calories would give you the answer for these.

Hi, I did notice tonight on the hot drinks board the the hazelnut flavour is only 1.5 syns, I know it's only half a syn but every little helps x
