could somebody tell me how many syns walls soft scoop ice cream is for 100g? I'm getting all different syn values.

There are better options for the syn value:
mini choc twister 50ml = 2 syns
other mini twister flavours 2.5 syns
80ml twisters 4.5 syns
exotic solero 90ml 5 syns
smoothie strawberry&banana solero 90ml 5 syns

Morrison's sell little Neapolitan icecreams, they're like mini milks only 1 and half syns each! So yummy

Confusing post there!' some points and some syns!! Are they all the correct syn values? Or have you copied and pasted from elsewhere??

Sorry. Need to be syns. I will change now. They are correct syn value. I used to do WW and I slipped back to points sometimes.

I freeze all low fat mousse. Cadburys light is delicious and ony 3 syns. I find yogurts are too icy. Mousse is just like ice cream.
