    Anyone?
They are awesome! Like a quality Pot Noodle, using Udon instead of egg noodles.
Its going to have syns - the noodles aren't dry and the broth paste you add contains oil and sugar.

But they are huge and very filling - I am a massive eater (hence the weight LOL) but one of these for lunch and I am done!

    Per pot (of 'Thai original')
    Energy (kcal) - 462
    Fat (g) - 7.5
    of which Sat fat (g) - 0.7
    Carbs (g) - 74.4
    of which sugars (g) - 9.4
    Fibre (g) - 7.9
    Protein (g) - 20.6
    salt (g) - 2.99

    Noodles are 74%
    Broth paste 22%
Dehydrated veg (nothing added) - 4%

Ive just put it through the calculator with dried noodles as the "free food" and they are showing as 8 syns per pot.

Excellent - many thanks for doing that.

I was guessing at about 6+ so that tallies more or less.
