Hi everyone
I'm doing slimming world from home using my old books from last yr.
I'm 3 days in and stick for what to take to work.
I have a tiger tiger gulit free noodle pot. In the cupboard. Does anyone know the syn value. I seem to remember them being low but just can't remember how low
