Lipton Iced Tea Mix syns

Iced Tea Mixes

hi there,

I am dyyying to buy Lipton Iced Tea Mix from this site, but does anyone know what the syns are for it?
Also, ive been staying away from buying the bottles of the drink in the shop, because i also dont know the syns for it,
Im sort of hoping because its a mix for the drink and not the bottles you get in the shops it wont be awful but its probably just wishful thinking haha!

I've had a look on the website you posted but can't find the nutritional information.
On Slimming World website they only have Britvic Iced Tea values which is 7 syns for 500ml bottle in lemon, mango and peach flavours.

I think you might be better off making your own iced tea?

Just make tea in the normal way. Add lemon and sweetener. Allow it to cool, serve with ice.
