    Can you carry syns forward??

Hi, I was wanting to go out tonight, but the daily syns allowance doesn't really allow for this, are you able to save your syns up and use them at the weekend??

I know I should count them ( I never do though ), but I always drink alcohol on a weekend and still continue to lose weight. I just make sure I am 100% sticking the plan during the week.
