    Aldi Oakhurst BBQ Pulled Pork

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has tried this from aldi? I looked up the app but it's not on it so I have used the syn calculator and put meat in as free food and I got 3.5 syns.

I'm not sure if I am using the syn calculator correct? I usually tend to stuff I know the value of but getting bored now of my usual food!

    Week 1-4 = -14.5lbs
    Week 5-8 = - 8lbs
    Week 9-12 = -10.5lbs
    Week 13-16= -9lbs
    Week 17-20 = -7.5lbs
    Week 21-24 = -7lbs
    Week 25-28 = -3.5s (Hols)

As you say, it's not listed on the Syns Online but it sounds like you did the calculator correctly. It'll be the BBQ that'll probably give it it's syns.
There's a recipe on the Recipe Thread for free BBQ sauce so if you roast a pork shoulder yourself & use the free sauce, you could have the same meal for free .
If you haven't made the Diet Coke sauce yet, that'll also be an idea for a meat coating. Some Mims have tried it using Diet Lilt instead of Coke for a fruiter flavour.
