    I love sushi, so how does it fit into slimming world can anyone help?

    Why not make your own? You can then make it very low or zero syn...

    Veggie sushi is 1 syn for 100g according to the book (on ee anyway) would sashimi be free? The cuts of fish without the rice and nori.

    Tescos sushi is quite tasty, but there's a sushi place across the street where I am so I've been getting cucumber maki which is 1 syn according to the book. Haven't had the fish sushi in over a month since I got food poisoning eating crab roe.

    Restaurant. I've ate there loads and it's the first time it ever happened. My mum ate the same thing too and she got mild food poisoning, but I have stomach problems so anytime I get sick it's terrible.
