Should you use all your syns?
Hi, I'm just wondering about syns!
I started SW 2 weeks ago and I have not been using my syns a lot or to their full potential!
i am a crisp lover! And I love quavers which are only 4.5 syns but it just wouldn't feel right having a bag of quavers every day and still losing weight! Would it? I could also add a curly Wurly to that!
Im im just fearful of using them all In case I don't lose weight or gain! But is there a chance of this anyway if you don't use your syns?

Have as many as you need. Don't use them just for the sake of it but by the same token don't feel guilty for using them. They are there to make sure we can follow the plan long term - are you never going to have crisps again for the rest of your life. Some people fall into the trap of thinking that by not using them they will have better losses but its not the case, in fact many people find they get better losses when they use them x
I don't know how it works but I tend to have better losses if I have 10 or more syns a day. I always have a hot chocolate and 5.5 syn chocolate bar at night and still lose so if you fancy crisps and curly wurlys go for it and see how it affects you at your next weigh in.
