Hot chocolate

Which hot chocolates are low or free syns?
And are mini marshmallows low?

There are no hot chocolates which are Free, but generally the "Options" and the "Higlights" sachets are 2 Syns each.

I believe mini marshmallows are 10 for 1 Syn - please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Sainsbury's do a low calorie hot chocolate which is 2 syns per serving. I mix some into Slimming World rice pudding for a chocolatey treat :) It's £1.60 which is so much cheaper than options and highlights - some are nearly £4!!!

That's sounds good what is is called/look like - I have a load of ww ones I got recently two syns each but I'm interested for when they run out :)

Does anyone know how many syns the Cadburys got choc is? The one that you just add hot water to?

It will be roughly 1 Syn for every 20calories, as there's no free food allowance in things like this.

So, as a guideline, if it's 40cals it'll be around 2 Syns (40 / 20 = 2). If it's 100cals it'll be roughly 5 Syns (100 / 20 = 5), etc.

Cadburys hot chocolate is 6 syns for 28g sachet, 1 syn per tsp or 2.5 syns per 3 tsp. My favourite hot drink at the moment is peanut hottie, 4 syns and so yummy

Its called peanut hottie. I found it in sainsburys. They do a plain peanut flavour and a peanut and chocolate one. Both taste so good

I've been wanting to try peanut bottle for ages! My local sainsburys never had it. Tesco has just started but was sold out last week!

Thank you :)
