Thread: shock horror has cotage cheese got syns

    Sorry, can't edit my post...

    reason why I'm asking because the light choices cottage cheese used to have 1/2 syn per 100g and other sources say it's free. But the tesco value version is syn-free because it only contains 0.1% fat whereas the light choices contains 1.5%...so I am a bit confused...
    Goals:

    83 kg: 21/07/2011 (well...sort off :-))

    75 kg:
    73 kg:
    71 kg:
    69 kg:
    67 kg:
    65 kg:
    63 kg:


    1st week: - 1.1 Kilo
    2nd week: - 0.5 Kilo
    3rd week: + 1.4 Kilo
    7th week: -2.1 Kilo

    Just bought Morrisons savers cottage cheese . I am having 1table spoon , which might be less than 25g or just over . So i am going to syn it as 2 . It's not urgent but it would be great if someone could let me know roughly how much is say 50g on green . Thanks
