I am confused with the whole cottage cheese thing (new and still learning) I thought it was all free if low fat :-(

I made sw quiche with the really cheap tesco one this week - think it was about 56p. Can anyone tell me if it is syn free or not please

The very low fat natural cottage cheese is syn free. With the flavoured ones you need to be a bit more careful as some have a small syn value so it's always best to check.

I have never eaten cc in my life so found it hard enough choosing the right one as it was and in the end just grabbed the cheapest lmao

My local Tesco Metro doesn't have the very low fat cottage cheese just the normal low fat version (it's light choices but it has 1.5% fat) - so I am not sure if there have been any changes and how many syns it has got?!
