1 st Day on Sp Plan....

Thank you I'll be happy with any loss tomorrow! ...I have burgen soya & linseed bread I love it I think it's worth 6 syns Lol I have struggled to get all my syns in during the day I also have nimble bread when needing a sandwich X
 
You don`t have to have all your syns every day. What they say is if you don`t have some then if you get to a Plateau you may not have anywhere to cut down.

You have a total of 1.1/2 stones to lose, so it should be up to 10 syns I reckon.

Soya & linseed bread is lovely, so I see where you are coming from most definitely
 
1.5lb off! 2 weeks on SP 7.5lb very happy! Enjoyed the plan this week my plan for this week is to mainly do EE with some SP days included X
