I weigh on at Tuesday at class at 6:30pm & previously did mainly red days but now do a complete mixture - extra easy is great especially for cooking for the hubby too. I'll see how I get on when I weigh in but may have to do more reds as carbs have always been my enemy!
So... My goals...
1. I'd like to lose 18lb by the end of March which is 13 weeks but I have a holiday on 14th feb so I can do something nice for valentines day. Really I'd like the whole 23lb but as I'm breastfeeding I can't lose weight too quickly as it can affect the supply & quality of my milk so I must be sensible. Also I have to eat 4 extra HEX a day & use ALL my syns to make sure my milk isn't affected & I'm still healthy so I think that may slow down my losses.
2. Walk 15 miles a week with at least 5 of them being with my son in his baby sling & the other 10 pushing him in his pram. Town is a 3 mile round trip & my friends is 4.5mile round trip so I think this will be manageable, I'm just waiting for my wellies to turn up so I can get started!
Where in the country are you both? I'm in Devon = the need for wellies! How is your first week back on plan going? Mine was fab until I realised my chopped apple in porridge before cooking makes it synned rather than free! Grrr!
