Im joanne im 29 and want to lose about 15st. I turn 30 this year and dont want to be 30 and nearly 30st.
I am using mfp to calorie count and sticking to under 1500 only started on wednesday so have my first weigh in this week xx

I just want to offer a teeny bit of advice. I'd increase the amount of calories you're eating. In your 20's and being 29st you could easily eat 2500 calories and still lose 2lbs+ a week. If you start on 1500 eventually, you're going to have to reduce your calories and theres not a massive amount you can reduce them by...
I'm also using Cronometer for calorie counting and try to stick to a 1200-1500 calories intake. However, I'm quite convinced that the quality of what you eat is more important than the actual calories.

Sorry not posted here much lately, week 5 weigh in today and lost 2.5lbs which i am pleased with as we went out at the weekend so deffo went over my calories that day.
