16 lbs left to goal

So I originally put 16lb to goal but have just realised its only 13.5 :).

Here goes.....

Wednesday 20/3/2013 Extra Easy

breakfast
hovis seed sensations (hexb)
cheese single (1/2 hexa)
Mushrooms
egg
margarine (2 syns)

lunch
boots shapers sushi (1.5 syns)
banana

dinner
3 fish fingers (6 syns)
sw chips
baked beans

snacks
orange
apple

then it all went downhill I shared half a small Easter egg shell with the oh.... Could anybody help me with syns please? Going to have to be so good the rest if week!

eta going to estimate 15 syns for egg as ate less than half

syns for day: 24.5
syns for week: 24.5/105

The amount of chocolate in an Easter egg isn't actually that much so not sure how many syns would be in that. But flexi syn the day, I did that last Saturday after going to a 3 year olds birthday party and eating a lot of cake! Still lost a pound last week :)

Ok so going to write my food in for today this morning so I don't stray off track as already will be bad tonight but going to use flexi syns this week and see if it effects my weight loss
