New year, new diary and old diet - trusty SW! Not sure why I ever stopped after losing a good 2 stone about 5 years ago since have tried all sorts and now back heavier than ever and want it gone for good.
Starting today 4th Jan before back to work tomorrow, have a meal out tonight but want to start today. Not sure on final target but starting with just seeing a 9st on the scale (currently showing an 11 :-(
Day 1: green
B: "magic" porridge pancakes - HXB, eggs, FF Nat yog, sweetner, lemon juice, frozen raspberries
Tea with dash of skimmed milk
L: left over butternut squash risotto which has some Parmesan in, so with the milk in tea is HXA
D: at Zizi's so will pick what appears to be healthiest pasta dish
