27 with 7 stone to lose. Advice needed- please

Well done on your 3lb loss! I didn't have a huge loss the first week either (perhaps it was TOTM) so don't feel disheartened, 3lbs is fab.
One sneaky way of getting around next weekend would be to omit the carb from your chicken and bacon meal, take salad instead if it's offered. That's how I get around eating out usually these days, especially when I'm not allowing myself to go off plan. Just an idea anyway, I know it's easier said than done when you're socialising.
 
thank you, hoping it will be better soon. Id rather do it this way but just need to drop some quickly as I feel so awful.
im hoping itll be potatoes rather than chips so I can fill up on main and ignore pudding. its sit down 3 course meal but its a surprise which is my nightmare anyway lol

I had scrambled egg and little toast for breakfast - really need to have something else lol but I love them!!
Then was out for hours this afternoon unplanned so had to have some of the BFs leftover food which was what I call scary chicken eg on the bone/legs/thighs so a little of that and some plain boiled rice so chucked a little soy sauce on it.


then for tea we decided to have the free pulled beef joint thing minus the bbq sauce and put a teeny bit of bisto in and had it in a brown thin from aldi - 5 syns with normal and sweet potato chips - no pile of broccoli which I did really miss but just needed the yumminess as my tummy is sore. Im reconing about 7 or 8 syns in total.

Then I was naughty.... first proper badness.... I had an apple poptart.... id like to tell you it wasn't worth the 10 syns but it wassssssssssssssssss. Ive had to come to bed so that I don't eat the other one in the packet!


So yes im 2/3 syns over today but im ok with that as I don't uually use them all everyday. going to try to use hardly any rest of the week in prep for the weekend but will see how it goes.

What do people do re syns? do you use them throughout the day or have the 15 on a night for a treat - then is it one big item or several little ones and either way what are they?

I went back to my omelette sandwich this morning but I think the novelty has worn off. I want to get some smoked salmon trimmings to have with scrambled eggs so hopefully I can kick the toast habit.
I had some SW quiche for lunch which had pepper, cottage cheese, tinned potatoes and ham in which was yummy.
For tea I made a very simple chilli - lean mince, onions and kidney beans with passata, chilli powder and paprika, I had it with rice and broccoli I had a little cheese on which wasn't enough to be my HEA - For a lovely little treat I had 2 slices of aldi garlic bread which was 2 x 6 syns =12

So far im feeling focused this week and feeling better im going to get weighed on Saturday morning which probably isn't the best idea due to how much im going to consume over the weeend even if im trying to be good. then ill get weighed on Monday morning when I get back.

Your menus sounds FAB! Are you at an event this weekend (sorry if you've mentioned it before) that your worried you'll over indulge at? I weigh on a Sunday purely so I stay on track over the weekend, and I love it. But then, I have zero social life so it might be different if I was a social butterfly like you. Glad you're feeling better and more focused. :) I am forever shifting my weigh-in day around, because I can never decide which day is best. Good luck with your weigh-in on Saturday! xx
