A 13st 14 lbs I'm at my heaviest ever. It's so depressing
But I'm reading the 5:2 book and had my first fast day yesterday which went ok.
This is what I ate yesterday:
tea with milk. ~50
americano with milk. ~50
can of chicken broth soup. ~ 120
tea with milk. ~50
so I did well and wasn't too hungry. The soup was great and will definitely be buying more for fast days as is healthy and filling and really low cal!
i was really looking forward to eating today and was starving when I woke up but have had the worst headache all day. I drank plenty of water yesterday but can only assume its from the fast...anyone else experience this?
Been eating a lot of junk today as well so need to be careful not to overdo it!
So far:
shreddies with milk 250
tea with milk 50
flat white 100
coconut muffin 300
mince pie 250
3 slice toast with butter 300
baked beans 200
and DH is cooking a half a duck for dinner...mega calories I'm sure!! I'll try just have a small portion.
Going for a 30 minute run later too so that should help.
i'm really going to try and stick to this WOE and give it my best shot. Fasting day again tomorrow.
i'm also hoping to eat better on feast days once I get into it more.
will try and post here to keep myself on track and hopefully have some support and support others too
