Hi,ive been messing around with vintage points and sw and now I just need to get myself focused.2 years ago I was struggling to lose weight after losing 8 st on the old ww plan.I just couldnt shift anymore weight.I then became ill and gained weight (down to thyroid disease & cfs).I know im still going to struggled to lose weight but I know I have to give it the best shot I can.im going to keep a diary,however you will probably notice my food can be a bit odd but its just purely down to being too exhausted to take time on my meals...
