This is my 5th day on slimming world and finding it great to follow however feeling sluggish. Today in work
I ate a banana , two peaches, blueberries, grapes and a chicken salad and came home starving! I had a chicken sandwich (hexb) and them for tea did sw chips with sweetcorn and chicken drumsticks with skin removed and marinated in a BBQ sauce (synned) and was starving after this too
I started on Sunday and came on my period the next day so I
Am thinking that's wer the problem has been this week but jus at that point where I am feeling like I need something more!!!!
Anyone else like this?
