Hi everybody, i thought i would introduce myself. I am 5'7" and weighed 227lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been. I have yoyo dieted since my late teens going from a size 6 uk at my smallest up to a size 20 now. I have two young children and am really struggling now to enjoy them and play. I don't want to be the "fat mum" at the school gates anymore.
on 11th May I started with Exante after getting seriously out of breath pushing my 1 year old in his buggy. I've managed to stick religiously withe the diet so far and have checked my ketone levels which are now at moderate. Though I'm not particularly hungry anymore i am really struggling with the taste of the products. The shakes are bearable, but the porridge (and subsequently made porridge biscuits) are disgusting, the soup is ok, pretty tasteless even with spices and herbs added and the pasta carbonara is sooooo salty. Is anyone else struggling with this at this early stage??? I find myself dreading choosing every meal!!!
