I'm starting 810 on Thursday and just wondered whether anybody had any good meal ideas please?
I am a crap cook so easy meal ideas would be much appreciated
I've heard of people filling mushrooms with cottage cheese, wrapping them in foil and cooking them in the oven. How long would you put them in the oven for and would you wrap them separately or together?
Also, in the book it says that you can poach, steam or microwave the different types of protein. What about grilling? Is that allowed?
Sorry for the embarrassingly thick questions! As you can see, I have no clue about cooking!
