Weigh in.....lost 1lb
(Got weighed in the evening when it's usually morning)

Lasagne (HEA )
Weight watchers garlic bread (8.5 syns)
Then had a small piece of garlic pizza bread that was left over from what everyone else was having :/

Total syns = 8.5 + slice of garlic bread (hopefully less than 6.5 syns to stay on plan)
