A new food diary, giving WW pp a go!

Eeek! Well I have still not started. I had every intention to but then I had a visit from the monthly witch and everything went to pot!!

Think I'm *over* my sugar need now so tomorrow is all planned out and I'll be back tomorrow with news of a fab 100% day :D xx

BREAKFAST

250ml of skimmed milk (2pp)

LUNCH
x2 warburtons medium white bread (5pp)
sunflower light spread (1pp)
x2 slices of ham (3pp)
ww yogurt (1pp)

DINNER
asda tomato, chicken & basil pasta (8pp)
150g of aunt bessies chips (5pp)

ww cookies (2pp)
ww hot chocolate (2pp)

not the healthiest day and no exercise done today as I'm shattered but done an online food shop full of ww friendly stuff, looking forward to the week ahead :)

Was at Nando's today at 4 as my kiddies are having a sleep over at Nana's. I have 3 points left to last me til bedtime so think I'm gonna have some porridge and fruit to try keep me full all evening! Early dinners are naughty ;)

Then I used up all 49 weekly points on a dominos and chocolate! :O
